PROJECT HEISENBERG

Project Name: HEISENBERG

Start Date: 2/12/88

Completion Date: 8/3/15

Overview: Interconnect multiple independent consciousnesses in quantum consciousness without loss of fidelity.

Method: chemical, expressive (biological manipulation, telepathy)

Note [7/7/13]: refrain research pended results. refrain molecule successfully bonded. Its binding causes a conformational change of the adynomine receptor that activates molecular pathways involved in memory, leading to the characteristic hallucinations. Piggyback on molecule leads biomanip to correct neural receptors. Easiest in newly formed cerebral tissue from expressive replication/technological cloning.

Note [8/12/14]: neurocognitive dysfunction and cerebral degredation cause found. Prion-like protein and the associated HERV-K are expressed at very high levels, and the overabundant prion is highly susceptible to misfolding in a manner that is non-infectious but produces aggregate plaques. These both contribute to neurodegeneration of the subject. Treatment as ADVENT possible. Still not viable for ordinary people but could be sustained via rapid cellular regeneration of cerebral tissues?

Note [8/3/15]: Research finalized. Successful implementation alongside HYDRA.

Note [9/8/16]: Field test successful, less glitches than HYDRA. Director pleased with performance. Still requires telepathic maintenance of cognitive routes lest overloaded neural activity cause psychological trauma and/or complete neuropathic decay.

attachment text: Erica, the Varlane we had at Quanticommunications fell apart. Started shouting incoherently. People were freaking out. He ran out of the building, bleeding from the nose. Got to the steps just outside the lobby and collapsed. His skull fractured from cerebral bleed pressure. I'm trying to clean this mess up.

attachment text: Erica, just wanted you to know we successfully moved the sample to Sunstone. Dr. Allen is going to be watched carefully while she makes copies. They should be fully grown within a month, but that's Wu's problem not ours.
